It starts with email. And we only need you to register that to oil the wheels, we won’t do anything with it, we absolutely promise not to share your email address or to spam you with messages. If you want to be kept informed of new messages on the site you’ll need to use the “Get Notified of Updates” box down below

Getting Started

Once you’ve registered and when you want to share some thoughts, ask a question or just get something off your chest, just email: Our Postbox

• The Subject of your email will appear as the title of your post
• The text at the bottom of your email – things like signature blocks will be stripped out unless you remove the — lines that normally appear before them.

Your email details are not collected when you ask the question and won’t be visible on the site, so nobody can reply to you directly. Only your Username will be shown and your post should be visible in a few minutes after you send it.

Creating Categories

If you want to Categorise your post, then all you need to do is to enter something like this in the subject line of your email:

• Business: What’s the subject?     Please note the : after the word Business, it’s the : that creates the category

That will post an article called “What’s the subject?” in the Business category

Adding Tags

You can add tags to the content of a post by placing something in the text of your email as follows:

• tags: Cardiff

That would then publish article and make the tag visible in the Tag list at the bottom of page.

Answering Questions

To answer a question or comment on a post, all you need to do is to click on the blue number on the right of the post and complete the form that appears. You may need to provide some details at this stage.
